Question 1: Can you please briefly introduce yourself and XANPOOL project?

I’m Jake, the representative of XanPool in Vietnam. I have had a period of time working in many investment and finance projects in Singapore, China, Philippines, & Thailand. Currently my job is to cooperate with KOLs in XanPool project in Vietnam, and to expand XanPool in Asia.
About XanPool for you to imagine, XanPool is the first automated P2P Crypto-Fiat platform in the world. Instant transaction execution and settlement. Question 2: How do you evaluate the potential for development of P2P-Fiat in Vietnam market?

P2P Fiat in Vietnam is a potential market focusing on many segments with a total of over 2 million users. XanPool team sees a high demand for users in terms of Safety — Convenience — Automation, with high compatibility & ability to connect with large exchanges like how XanPool works, and that is an opportunity for XanPool focus on development in Vietnam.
Question 3: Currently in Vietnam, fiat exchange is having the participation of many platforms such as: Remitano, T-Rex or big exchanges such as: Okex, Huobi, Binance. So what strategy does Xanpool have in terms of retaining existing customers and expanding to attract more potential customers?

Each fiat exchange has its own strength, and XanPool focuses on the trend of Safety — Convenience — and Automation. XanPool must guarantee automatic buy / sell transactions 24x7 (buyers don’t need to check / authenticate / trust cryptos seller — just transfer money & receive cryptos instantly) — XanPool must guarantee quantity coins / tokens offer uninterrupted — and XanPool lets users manage their own e-wallet.

Quesion 1: What are the milestones of success that the XanPool ??team has achieved so far and what are some of the things we can expect? @kimhyuz

Currently, XanPool has more than 75,000 users in 8 countries (Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malay, Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam), and from now until the end of the year, XanPool is focusing on expanding in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Bangladesh and Pakistan. This is the basic platform for XanPool to develop a second product segment — Merchant Payment Gateway for Business (https://xanpay.com/).
If people look at the roadmap in the picture, XanPool is not just at P2P fiat exchange, but is also helping businesses do international transactions at the lowest cost possible, compared to traditional payment gateways like credit cards. , paypal, etc.; In the coming years, XanPool plans to develop Ewallet, invest, stockpile of assets, etc. With a clear annual roadmap, XanPool is able to raise capital from large funds such as NGC Ventures, Antler, Anquan, etc. and product segments will promise many benefits for users and businesses

In 8 active XanPool countries, each country integrates XanPool platform with different local e-wallet (Thailand has PromptPay, Singapore has PayNow, Philippines has Instapay, etc.).
In Vietnam is ViettelPay, an e-wallet that allows to transfer / receive money without any transaction fees. In addition, users can sell cryptos in Vietnam and receive money at (any of the above 8 countries) an overseas wallet account quickly, as a convenient and secure money transfer channel.
By the way, I share more, people can download Viettelpay app and activate, very convenient. Interbank money transfers are free of fees, so they are very preferred.
Quesion 3: What role does the young talent play XanPool the development of the XanPool project? Do you have any project to support young students from emerging countries like VietNam?@aoanhz

We chose this question because I thought it would be interesting to mention the ages of students and youth. XanPool is not really like other projects, but specializes in a more secure and automated P2P connection solution.

Quesion 4: How big do you think XanPool’s community is? Do you think you can get enough support? @kityzer

We have a set of statistical formats here for a few months as follows. XanPool has more than 75K users in 8 Asian countries, and at XanPool, besides the CS team load, the transactions, KYC are automatic, so the traffic requesting support will be reduced in value. In addition, the majority of users join Telegram because they want to support instant chat. :) In general, up to now, the XanPool community can be completely set up enthusiastically and thoughtfully through channels such as chat, email.
Quesion 5: How can you spread awareness of your project in different countries where English is not good? There are a lot of exchanges that are hacked leading to the loss of users’ assets, so how secure is your platform? @Sangdz

For promoting XanPool project, the fastest way is to combine and work with KOLs / Medias / Group Admins to maintain brand name and support local users. As for security, in fact, XanPool itself is not an exchange, so it does not own the wallet, but the platform that connects the seller’s wallet automatically switches to the buyer’s wallet (after payment), as well as integration of wallet of large exchanges.
XanPool uses 3rd party to KYC with strict AI technology and automatically transact through ViettelPay app (correct name / phone number of new account to receive money / transfer money), confirm completion by message, access authentication 2 times etc. In general, those elements ensure XanPool is in a state that provides the best secure platform for users.
Part 3: Free Q & A between the community and Vera Protocol
Quesion 1: How do we trust Xanpool ? What to do if you encounter a hacker incident? Will there be a security fund to protect user assets?

Thanks for your question. At XanPool, we do not take custody of a users’ fund. For buyers, you will send payment via local e-wallet to an assigned market-maker’s e-wallet account. Any difference between your wallet account with XanPool account (name for example), our platform will auto-reject the transaction and refund the payment to you via your e-wallet. The same with sellers. Like i said, we do not have to store your fund/ cryptos in our wallet (as we do not have any wallet), so there is no risk for the transaction. Thank you.
Quesion 2: I have a software development XanPool any- how XanPool IO work for my business?
Mr. Jake Ha
Thanks for your question. You can integrate our Xanpay platform for your business if you have one. Which means, your customers (in other countries) can pay locally to buy your products, and we will transfer the money to you (the merchant) with the fee as low as 1.99%, lower than traditional payment gateway like Paypal or creditcard. Quesion 3: In the coming time, do you have any plans to develop more Momo or zalo pay payment channels in Vietnam? When Momo has more than 10 million users and zalopay is more than 3 million, is this a reasonable payment channel in the near future that you should expand?

Currently, Viettelpay is the main using partner because of its fastness as well as possible integration with the XanPool side platform. If anything changes, our side will report back. Thank you.

Xan = the combination of X and Alexander the Great (the A letter). Pool is a term in finance — Pooling is the grouping together of assets. Thanks for your question.
Quesion 5: What is the turnover model of XanPool? Can you explain more about how it makes a profit? Does it work more effectively than other models?
Mr. Jake Ha
XanPool’s turnover is based on fees / transactions. That revenue is divided by the market maker, referral programs, promotions, bonus points for users. Thanks to that, Xanpool developed other products such as Xanpay.com — payment gateway for businesses.
