My name is Vlad, I have a legal and financial background, have several years of business development experience in the pharmaceutical industry, mined my first btc in 2009, cashed out in 2011(don’t ask for trading advice), came back in crypto in 2016, served in various roles in the industry. The latest being a co-founder of Prometeus(PROM), a data exchange protocol. In our efforts to bring adoption in the DeFi, we decided to make Prosper, a prediction-market platform.Done

Thanks . Question : Why did you choose the name “Prosper” what does it mean? @VladislavsSem
Actually, our first name was “Pooler” which reflects on how one user uses the platform. He creates pools and fights against other users whether using even prediction or variance games.

But some of our partners told that name is bad as “Pooler” is similar to “Poorer”. So we decided to name it “Prosper”. It has a positive vibe behind (Prosperity) and kind of bright legally to Prometeus.

Prometeus — Prosper .
It has a nice vibe. Use and hold Pros and Prosper

It seems that the name “Prosper” was born after many comments from many people and it also has some influence from Prometeus, right?

That is right, But it was not really intentional.

Next Question : What is the goal for 2021, you can summarize it for everyone here to refer to? @VladislavsSem

Mr.Vlad
R&D wise, launch a platform on all Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Avalanche and Matic Network. Add different prediction options, add variance and lottery pools. Deliver all utility functions for Pros token.

Token: Work on increasing liquidity of Pros token. Pros token fair distribution. Launch of liquidity program.

Adoption: User acquisition across U.S. and Asia. Goal of having 100k WAU by end of 2021

Plus we will think of ways how to link Prosper with mother project Prometeus. Done

First question. What do you think of a public chain with privacy features? Many public chains are considering adding privacy features, such as adding zero-knowledge proofs, will @Prosperpredict develop in this field? @VladislavsSem

As we are more of Dapp and platform, it is irrelevant for us at this point. We are building cross-chain platform, so this is not a big issue for us. If we will see any demand for such features in any potential chain, we will launch Prosper version on that chain. Done

What marketing strategies are you willing to use to achieve greater adoption, to expand your project in near future? @VladislavsSem

I think everyone knows that the prediction market is the next big thing in blockchain. Thus we have our own uniques user-orientated approach to acquire a share in this lucrative market. Instead of our competitors, we will use a traditional user acquisition strategies that gambling, binary options platform and lotteries use to acquire users and bring adoption..Done

We just don’t aks data as everything is decentralised)

Right now you can think of it in two ways.

Well thanks to the ways Prosper creates value, we continue with question 4: COVER’s recent Bugs was a shock to investors, showing the issue of Smart contracts are vulnerable to bugs, even recently three big new DeFi projects were victims of this, costing users funds. How efficient secured is your smart contract, did you ever audit it via any external party? @VladislavsSem

Prosper does not really hold user funds. Nor we do have any big liqudity pools. Rather we have a big set of small pools that are created on small-time frame basis, thus limit our risks. Right now we are working on whole platform. We will do some external party audits later when we will plan to launch liqudity program. But most of the exploits of yield farming coins happen in their interraction with other platforms which is not our cae

Prediction market is just starting. One should never be afraid of the competitors and just try to learn from them. In the end, it is just a normal business risk.Done

Question : Could you please list some of your most advanced features which we have not seen on the market before? What additional input does Prosper have to already existing solutions?

Cross-chain prediction, liquidity aggregation across chains, prediction on crypto and spot events, variance games, bet insurance system that is tied to token)

Question : Southeast Asia is a very vibrant market and many project developed here so with your project what do you think about Southeast Asia and do you have any plan to develop here??

We have a very strong strategic partner from Vietnam that will help us to expand in Asia.

Question : PROSPER is a short-term non-custodial prediction & hedging platform based on the Binance Smart Chain.
My question: Most of the project built in Ethereum. But why you decided to build PROSPER on BSC chain? What are advantages of using BSC chain?

We are actually cross chain. Ethereum- BSC — Avalanche -Matic Network. As for BSC. We just like BInance and already worked with them for Prometeus. They are good and easy to use.

Question : What is the PROS token utility on your platform? Where can you use the PROS token besides your platform? Are you planning to add new use cases for the PROS token in various Dapps?

First main aspescts are cash back and bet insurance. But we will add some interesting stuff like buy back and burnning + staking options

Question : Which area are you focusing on at the moment? (DeFi, Stake,Dapps..) and what is your goals in this year ??

We are a DeFi project and first prediction market on BSC and Avalanche
