CEO of Jobchain, Mr. Bay unfortunately could not join the session for urgent personal reasons, and sends his apologies in this regard to the community.
Jobchain is developed as a platform to enable its users to find employment anywhere in the world and be compensated in cryptocurrency. The platform is based on blockchain technology and uses smart contracts.

Jose Bay, the CEO of Jobchain, have previous experience focused in cybersecurity. He was a former cybersecurity officer for nuclear facilities at the international atomic energy agency (IAEA) and also worked at the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
Jobchain developed its own token JOB which is already audited by Certik with a 98% proof of code which is one of the highest among the cryptocurrencies.
There is a lot of useful information available on the website. But I think the community here probably wants to ask some specific ones.
The aim of the project is to enable employment opportunities for its registered users and enable their compensation via automatic smart contract deployment via the platform
There will be naturally other features deployed, such as airdrops, cashback programme, various incentives, possibility to store, exchange and transfer cryptocurrencies in a smooth and safe way.
Job token was listed in several exchanges, and the latest listing was on Bittrex.
We are working on listing the JOB token on other well-known and reliable exchanges.
As mentioned, JOB token has a 98% score by Certik.

During our work travelling around the world we found out the there was a lot of people without access to bank account nor a reliable access to a recruitment services. We found that through the use of mobile devices and blockchain we could solve that issue and provide a solution for 1.7 billion people who do not have access to those services. Jobchain is a platform for Web, Android, iOS and Web. It enables anybody to find jobs and get their salary in cryptocurrency.
The application consists of a cryptocurrency wallet where users can store, buy, sell, send, receive cryptocurrency and also a labor market where users can hire ang get hire and receive their salary instantly in cryptocurrency.
Jobchain is a platform registered in Austria, Spain and EU having its trademark registered in over 80 countries worldwide.

One of the biggest markets is given by the 1700 M people that do not have access to bank accounts. We will charge small commissions for every transaction happening in the platform (as a centralized cryptocurrency exchange) plus a small fee for every job contract that has been settled in the platform. We expect 200 M neto profit in the first 2 years. All the profits generated in the Jobchain platform will serve to market buy the JOB Token.
meaning that we expect the price of the token to increase for the token holders, especially considering the fixed amount of tokens which will be issued. Done.

Question : NFT is getting more popular now a days. It looks NFT has bright future. So do you guies have any plan to include NFT to your project?
Thank you for this question :) Jobchain actually is currently working on an NFT for a very prominent sportsman. Contract is in place and we are in the final stages of release.
Question : Who is your investor? How do you generate revenue to sustain the project? What are your goals to the end of 2021 and beyond?
Thank you for your question. Jobchain is totally financed from private funding, i.e. by the founder of the project. We are already getting some proceeds form sale of JOB tokens as well.
We expect additional revenue once the platform is completely deployed from very small fees on transactions as well as contracts between users. Done.
Question : Could you please provide some info about your Roadmap and how JOB is progressing so far?
There are the newest updates on JOB:
a. Jobchain (JOB) has been recently listed in Bittrex
b. Jobchain (JOB) won a competition to be listed in LAToken. Trading starts next Monday 12th April 2021.
c. Jobchain (JOB) will be available 23rd or April 2021 in over 30000 shops in Europe in the form of coupons they can exchange for goods (supermarkets, etc.)
d. Jobchain (JOB) token also will be able to be accepted natively through Bitnovo to be used in shops in Europe.
e. Jobchain (JOB) token will be listed in Bitsa, a company that allows JOBs to be top-up in VISA Debit Card and use it pay anywhere VISA is accepted.
f. As the biggest announcement. Jobchain has partnered with well know football players from the Spanish Football League to be the first ones to receive their salary in cryptocurrency

Thank you for your question. For Jobchain in order to be operational and function in any jurisdiction, we need to be compliant with relevant AML and KYC policies. And we are applying the highest standards in this regard as those are required by local authorities.
Question : As Education for crypto currency is necessary nowadays , what’s your plan to to attract those people who don’t know about cryptocurrency?What makes you feel confident about the survival & sustainable success of Your project in the near future?While you build your project, do you take into account community feedbacks and demands?
Jobchain provides some information and links on its website already to educate its users, however, it is clear that people using blockchain technologies, trading and operating with cryptocurrencies should already be aware of those. We will also provide necessary support and information when necessary via our helpdesk.
Question : A partnership is essential for Adoption, so can you tell us what partners you have now and in the future?
We are cooperating with a number of industry leaders worldwide.
1. Cryptoplaza: biggest crypto hub in south europe
2. Jobchain has been selected to Lanzadera, the biggest accelerator in Spain
3. Jobchain has partnered with top international companies already (We can disclose the names as it´s confidential for now) to start payments of salaries for their employees. Pilot will start this month.
4. Jobchain has also partnered with known football players from the Spanish league. This will be announced in the following days.
5. We are closing partnerships with International Organizations so they can use our platform for payments of salaries everywhere they operate.
Question : If anybody thinks your project really likes a scam project, and they can’t trust this project. How do you make them believe in your project?
Thank you. Yes we are aware of this issue and scam project are unfortunately very common, but our aim is to provide a solid, user-friendly and safe product to our users. As mentioned, the project was fully funded by the founder from his own needs, there was no crowdfunding activity or ICO. Jobchain will only make profit if it will be used and will be useful to its users.
Question : Do you have a strategy to reach big offline commerce industries? Considering that even with the exponential growth of e-commerce most of the transactions worldwide involve those industries. Are you already partnering with one?
This is already happening. We are involved in projects with some big companies, and as mentioned with some very prominent sports figures (in Europe and Latin America for the time being). We cannot disclose the details at the moment, but at a later stage we will make those public with the consent of our customers.
Question : Now that technology is changing every second, are you afraid that in the future JOB will lag behind new projects with newer technologies? Do you have a plan for this?
Thank you. Sure, you are absolutely right and there are and will be challenges in this regard, however, we believe that we offer something useful and needed to our users and our young team will be able to adapt to the technological challenges of the future. Take an example of facebook: it still exists and is successful for so many years because the core idea and core business model is solid.
